Classic Tapioca Pudding
Do you love tapioca pudding? I totally love it. I don’t like store bought because they’re very parsimonious with their tapioca pearls and in my opinion, those little gems are the best thing about the pudding. It’s like having a jell-o-y party in your mouth. It’s dozens of little baby Nemos dancing in your mouth. Crap- I just lost ya didn’t I? Shoot. I*knew* I shouldn’t have told you that the tapioca pearls remind me of Nemo (fishy) eggs.

GF Fudgy Brownies
Have you ever taken a bite of something and your brain and your mouth explode from the flavor nirvana that is occurring and you’re rendered speechless and consequently need “A moment alone” to compose yourself? If not, I’m genuinely sad for you. But fret no more because these brownies are slap-yo’-momma, shut the front door, awesomesauce, ohmehgersh, mind-blowing, “where have you been all my life?”, SPECTACULAR! I made the glutenized version a couple of weeks back when I had my good friend Towanda the Bee Charmer over for a movie…

Within a couple of weeks of cutting out MSG and GMOs from my diet my almost daily headaches stopped. I’m not about to tempt fate and buy stock that contains MSG. Even the stocks/broths that say “No MSG” contain yeast and natural flavorings, which means MSG!! Homemade stock is easy to make! I normally save all the bones and extras when I’m hacking up a whole chicken to use in cooking, and I’ll also saved bones from cooked chicken and toss them in a zipper top…

Italian Sausage and Gruyere Baked Omelet
Today is the perfect day to make breakfast for dinner. Do you love breakfast for dinner as much as we do? Back when I used to watch copious amounts of Food Network TV, I saw Giada make this dish and I knew it would be something that TSM would enjoy. I made very few changes to her recipe because for once the amounts on the recipe were accurate and the dish turned out. I don’t know about you, but sometimes when I look at recipes that celebrity chefs post online I have to scratch my head in wonderment when it comes to their ingredient amounts. It’s like- Seriously? You wrote half a cup,…
